The organizers of the highly anticipated New Zealand Cheese Fest regret to announce the postponement of the event until 2025. This decision comes as a result of unforeseen circumstances, coupled with logistical challenges and rising event costs.

The New Zealand Cheese Fest, which was set to debut as the inaugural North Island NZ Cheese Festival, aimed to uphold the highest standards of event delivery. However, in light of time constraints and escalating expenses, the organizers and the venue have collectively agreed that postponing the event is in the best interest of all stakeholders involved.

"We understand the anticipation and excitement surrounding the first ever North Island edition of the New Zealand Cheese Fest, and we share the disappointment of having to postpone the event," said Hannah Lamb - Owner of New Zealand Cheese Festival. "Our commitment to delivering an exceptional experience remains unwavering, and we believe that postponing to 2025 will allow us to meet and exceed the expectations of cheese enthusiasts across the nation."

Meanwhile, the beloved New Zealand Cheese Festival, held at Clos Henri Vineyard in Marlborough, is set to return on Saturday, October 5th, to coincide with NZ Cheese Month celebrations. Cheese aficionados can mark their calendars as tickets for this eagerly awaited event will go on sale starting April 1st.

Despite the postponement of the North Island  NZ Cheese Festival, the organizers remain committed to delivering an unparalleled celebration of New Zealand's rich cheese culture in 2025. Further updates and details regarding the rescheduled event will be communicated in due course.
